A 72-year-old man who booked a Rs 333 retiring room at Chittorgarh railway station found an Indian toilet instead of the western toilet listed on the IRCTC portal. After returning the keys without using the room and failing to get a refund, he approached the consumer commission, which enhanced compensation from Rs 3,000 to Rs 20,000.
