I personally likeorca better, but I haven’t had the time to set up my printers directly connected to them, so I tend to gravitate towards creality because it’s a bit more seamless. This morning I noticed when I designed a part and sliced it in creality slicer, it said it was gonna take almost three hours to print. I found this abnormal, knowing my printers and how long stuff normally takes, so for the heck of it I tried Orca, which I haven’t used in about a month. Same file, same infill, all of that stuff. It says it’s gonna take 38 minutes. I tried this with a couple other random STLs, and I am seeing the same pattern. Orca can print 4 wall brackets that I make for Legos in the same time creality slicer can only do one. What could be causing this and why? submitted by /u/Bsul92 to r/3Dprinting [link] [comments]
