I've been babysitting my nephew (now 19 months) around with watching my own kids (19 months old and 5 years old) since he was about three months old for $150 a week. If it wasn't for family I would NOT be doing that, especially for that price. The first year was super rough and I was tempted to quit every day. It's better now, but still I would recommend asking for much better pay for anyone considering full time childcare. It's hard work.
