EFERT Shows a Potential Trend Bend After Its First Bullish BOSEngro Fertilizers Ltd.PSX_DLY:EFERTmsid1EFERT’s First Bullish BOS: Trendline Breakout or a Deeper Reversal Setup? After reaching its all-time high, EFERT experienced a fast supply-driven decline. Near the top, price formed the distinctive spinning-top/hammer-type candle character highlighted in the orange box, followed by a sharp fall. During the subsequent consolidation, a similar character repeatedly appeared near the upper boundary. Each occurrence triggered another decline, while buyers failed to break above those candle highs. This repeated behaviour kept the bearish structure intact. Supply Is Losing Momentum Price eventually broke below the consolidation, but the following decline lacked the speed and strength of the previous supply move. Sellers failed to produce a comparable bearish expansion, suggesting that downside momentum was weakening. Around the marked 50% zone, price formed a bullish pattern and broke above the most recent character that had previously triggered selling. This marks the first bullish break of structure, indicating an early change in price behaviour. Retest and Entry Scenarios Price has now retested the bullish pattern and is moving upward toward the descending trendline. - Direct entry: The bullish-pattern retest offers an early entry possibility, although it carries greater risk because descending trendline resistance remains overhead. - Trendline breakout: A candle body closing above the trendline would strengthen bullish confirmation and provide another entry opportunity. - Breakout and retest: For additional confirmation, wait for a trendline breakout followed by a successful retest and bullish rejection. Trend Bending Outlook The structure is beginning to bend as bearish momentum slows and buyers achieve their first BOS. If price breaks and holds above the descending trendline, the probability of a gradual upward continuation would increase. Alternative Scenario:Supply Completion at the Lower Reversal Zone If price rejects from the descending trendline and then breaks below the 50% zone, the remaining supply move could extend toward the highlighted lower reversal zone around 172–176. At that zone, the focus would shift to a bullish reversal pattern, strong rejection and a subsequent bullish BOS. These confirmations could support the probability of a major reversal. Reaching the zone alone would not confirm a reversal. Disclaimer: Educational technical observation only — not financial advice.
