There, a tourist office and cars were set on fire by rioters.France’s interior minister, Laurent Nuñez, also added that looting by the red-green rioters was recorded in many cities. She had tried to stop protesters from vandalizing a bus shelter.Police arrested the teenager that evening in the Frais-Vallon district after identifying him through video surveillance.He was charged with voluntary violence with three aggravating circumstances: using a weapon, acting as part of a group, and concealing his face.
