I could see this, from a different perspective, although I don't know if this is how she means it. For myself, I've got two kids with special needs, one was a "runner", I've got multiple physical problems that mean I can't run. And there's only one of me. And my husband was in the navy, often deployed when they were young. I could barely go to the playground down the block by myself with both kids. I would have given my left arm and a lot of cash for anyone who would go with me and let me be at a 1:1 ratio with the kids. I would have paid any amount, and I couldn't find anyone willing. So this ask? I've been at a point i would pay and ask, if it was important to me.
