Shipped my first iOS app after 29 builds: a focus timer that asks how you feel first

Wait 5 sec.

I started building FlowCalm just for myself. Fixed 25-minute Pomodoros never worked for me: some days I can focus for 25 minutes, some days for 5. So the app asks how you feel (scattered, tired, ready) and sizes the sprint to match. It took 29 builds before I was happy enough to ship it. Most of that time went into the extras, not the timer: A tiny first step. A 5-minute sprint is easy to say yes to, and on good days it turns into more. A breathing reset. A 4-7-8 breathing screen for when everything feels like too much to start. Visible progress instead of streaks. A tree grows with every sprint. A streak that breaks felt punishing; a forest that grows felt kinder. It’s brand new, so I’d really value honest feedback: what’s confusing, what’s missing, what would make you open it again tomorrow?
