Your phone logged where you were and your bank logged when you paid. Some of that deletes itself after a while, and people rarely mention it when it matters. Following the Cornell story is what pushed me to finish it. The public verdict showed up in days. The actual records are still trickling out, messily, through leaks. I wanted something that helps a person save their own side of the record before it's gone. It asks about your conditions first, finds which of your records exist, and copies and hashes them for a lawyer. Free, MIT, no account, and it doesn't touch the other person. https://github.com/machinewitness/machinewitness submitted by /u/Deep_Many_1362 [link] [comments]
