ER RN was fired from Trinity Health in Ann Arbor after showing a patient the exit after they wanted to leave AMA after a head CT. A man was brought in by ICE who claimed he tripped while fleeing and hit his head on the curb. His face was bloody when they brought him. After imaging the nurse removed his IV as it was no longer needed and showed him the door near the ambulance bay. After review by security footage, the hospital fired her as there were no formal discharge orders.
