I’m Daniel, founder of InktoBrick, recruiting for the following open roles. InktoBrick turns floor plans into conceptual 3D models. Full-time employee openings Architectural Product Specialist — $70,000–$100,000 USD/year proposed annual gross base-pay budget. Interpret dimensioned drawings, review circulation, openings and model fidelity, and turn architectural workflow problems into reproducible product findings. Collaborate with engineering and design to test corrections and explain limitations. Show architectural drawings and spatial decisions you contributed to. Bring architectural modeling experience, careful source-to-model comparison and clear written English. Architectural 3D Modeling Specialist — $65,000–$95,000 USD/year proposed annual gross base-pay budget. Build walls, openings, stairs and floor relationships from references. Resolve scale, topology and materials, document assumptions, and verify exports in receiving tools. Develop repeatable modeling checks with product and engineering. Show source references, wireframes or topology and your contribution. Experience with Blender, SketchUp, Rhino or comparable tools, dimensional judgment and clear written English are relevant. These are remote roles with a proposed 40-hour week and two hours of overlap within 09:00–17:00 America/Bogota. Applicants worldwide may apply; the employment country must be confirmed before an offer. Final compensation and employment terms are agreed individually. Paid freelance opportunities Freelance Architectural Model Reviewer — $35–$60 USD/hour proposed budget. Compare boundaries, circulation and openings against source drawings. Record each discrepancy with its location, evidence and expected result; recheck corrections and distinguish display issues from geometry errors. Show drawing interpretation or model-review examples, attention to dimensions and multi-floor relationships, and clear reproducible findings. Freelance Architectural 3D Modeler — $30–$55 USD/hour proposed budget. Build from supplied references that we have permission to use, recording missing dimensions. Refine topology, openings and materials for editable models; deliver files with units, assumptions and receiving-tool checks. Show model geometry as well as finished images. Blender, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max or equivalent experience, reliable estimates and clear handoffs are relevant. Freelance Architectural Visualization Artist — $35–$65 USD/hour proposed budget. Compose views that clarify spaces, develop lighting and materials consistent with the agreed design, and document settings and the distinction between presentation choices and source-backed facts. Show interior or exterior visualization work and identify your lighting/material contribution. Blender or 3ds Max workflow experience and clear revision communication are relevant. Freelance BIM Workflow Specialist — $40–$70 USD/hour proposed budget. Check model units, placement, structure and interoperability. Compare receiving-tool results with originals, document information loss and create permitted minimal examples of exchange failures for retesting. Show Revit, IFC or comparable BIM workflows. Understand coordinates, model exchange, geometry and BIM semantics; distinguish visual mesh fidelity from BIM round-trip fidelity. Freelance Interior Design Specialist — $30–$55 USD/hour proposed budget. Review furniture fit, door access and circulation. Propose material and furnishing options with explicit assumptions, and explain decisions through annotated plans and useful client views. Show interior work and your layout, furnishing or material decisions. Bring dimensional checks, awareness of unknown site conditions and experience communicating practical alternatives. Freelance Floorplan and Model QA Specialist — $25–$45 USD/hour proposed budget. Compare walls, dimensions, openings and floor connections with source drawings. Document reproducible geometry/editor issues, then verify corrections, saved revisions and exports while preserving original evidence. Show annotated comparisons, QA findings or architectural work. Bring attention to scale and model state and distinguish source ambiguity from software errors. Freelance work is asynchronous and open worldwide subject to a lawful contract and payment arrangement. Workload, availability, fixed-price scope and payment are agreed for each assignment before work begins. Selection is portfolio review, conversation, then a paid scoped assignment; no unpaid commercial deliverable. Compensation and applying All figures above are proposed recruiting budgets in USD, not verified company compensation or guaranteed offers. There are no guaranteed freelance hours, assignments, benefits or hiring timelines. These are the open roles, separate from our future-interest talent pool.
