HIRING PROCESS:: you have an issue You contact me and tell me about it. we do a quick FREE assesment and figure out if I cover that field. if it's personal I will Talk more with you to figure it out better If it's operational I will then begin investigating the root cause of the problem If it's Project I will do a scope assesment if it's advising I will give you coaching about it if it's training I will gauge your skills to know how to train you in the eventuality I do not cover that field, it's fine. I'll tell you. and that's perfectly fine. FAQ "What Field you specialized in?" Well. I do everything. But If I had to pick specialty.
