[Nile Post] Rubanda West Member of Parliament Bruce Balaba has called on members of Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee to translate the knowledge gained during their induction into effective legislation, rigorous oversight and a foreign policy that delivers tangible benefits to Ugandans.
