New grad (ADN, NCLEX early 2027) moving to Billings for an ICU job. I have an interview from Billings Clinic ICU ($38.91 base, +$4.25 nights, +$2.65 weekends, 36 hrs/wk) and I'm looking at St. Vincent too (posted new grad rate around $38.37). For anyone who's worked at either: Is there a separate critical care differential on top of night/weekend diffs? Do night and weekend diffs stack? How do raises compare? How is new grad ICU orientation and staffing? I'm aiming for CRNA school after ~3 years of ICU. Which would you pick as a new grad and why? Thanks! submitted by /u/pathogen-1728 [link] [comments]
