XAU/USD POTENTIAL SETUPGoldOANDA:XAUUSDLukegforexXAU/USD 15M - Going down to the lower timeframes and zooming into the fractal structure we can see that price has traded us nicely into the first level of Demand, since then we have had institutional involvement. How do we know this? Because price became extremely hawkish and provided us with inefficient structure which tells us that institutions had to be involved in order to cause data like that to be printed. Now because of this we understand that these institutions will have orders left at this area in price that have not yet been filled, so they will encourage price to trade back down in order to fill the remaining orders. Inducing both buyers and sellers in the process in order to build more liquidity which as a result gives them the opportunity to fill the remaining orders they have. This is a potential setup for us.
