Instead of pick-and-pluck foam, I design a printable insert fitted to your case and your gear: a pocket per item, finger cut-outs, split into tiles with dovetails so it fits your bed. Send the inside dimensions of the case (a scan or cast of one corner helps a lot) and photos or scans of the items. You get a render first and pay once it looks right, then the STLs. Recent one: a 22" hard case insert fitted from a scan of the case's inside corner, 6 dovetailed tiles for a 256 mm bed.
