One of my narrow AI agents has one job: find bank bonuses, referral programs, and paid gigs. The design choices that made it useful were diffing against a log of everything it already reported so I only see what's new, labeling every claim by source, and a conflicts column for offers that exclude each other. It also flagged a sketchy $2,535 task that wanted bank logins via Plaid.
