1 (F20) have shed a lot of hair due to oily scalp buildup and within 2 days of washing my hair the hair always got really oily and due to which i have shed a lot of hair (i have lost more than half of my hair density). A month ago I came across selenium sulfide shampoo which has helped a lot of people. I gave it a go and after the first wash my hair fall and the buildup was reduced. But now that i have used it around 8-9 times, I feel it has stopped working for me. The buildup is somewhere less but whenever i scratch my scalp instead of buildup literal oil is coming out on my nails. And the hair fall has not reduced in fact now I feel I'm shedding more hair.
