Lok Satta president Bhishetti Babji alleged that Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu’s reported letter to the Centre would disadvantage unemployed youth from North Andhra. He argued that the RRB should function from Visakhapatnam, where the South Coast Railway Zone is headquartered.CPI leader J.V.
