Jupiter Wagons has partnered with Italy's Lucchini RS Holding to build an integrated railwheel manufacturing platform in India. Lucchini RS and SIMEST will acquire a combined 25% stake in Jupiter Tatravagonka Railwheel Factory for €28 million (Rs 307 crore), supporting local production of railway wheels, axles and wheelsets.
