I used to work with Senior Services in my area. We had monthly meetings with local police and banks so we could discuss the people taking advantage of seniors. The most popular scam was the live in caregiver, who would move in their own family, then slowly transfer accounts and titles to their own name. It is incredibly hard to prosecute those cases.
