NZDCAD Structural shift, nearing bullish breakout??NZD/CADOANDA:NZDCADCrazyTrades247Decade long bearish trendline is getting threatened along with horizontal resistance/ Neckline which if once broken, may be a significant move in recent times. Structurally the decline seemed as an extended bearish moves as it had retested the resistance zone of 0.8275 multiple times in the past, but had faced rejection every time, this time it seems like price showing some bullish biasness and nearing towards the breakout. Immediate support to place Stoploss for positional long entry could be at the level of 0.8119 and support 2 is at 0.7992., where as immediate resistance above the neckline of 0.8275 is at 0.8330 however if structure unfolds it's expected to give a strong bullish moves equivalent of the depth from neckline till it's lowest level of the formation. Which in our case is 5%, so we can expect a move till 0.8712. Trade Setup: I would be preferring to take positional longs on pullbacks of the breakout, rather than participating in it. In that way I'll be having extra layer confirmation which comes at the trade-off of few PIPs. Breakout could be significant and may lead to the change in an overall structure of the price after a very long time. Long trades should be tried progressively.
