India's edible oil imports surged to a ten-month high in July. Refiners increased palm oil and soyoil purchases to replenish inventories. Higher imports of palm oil and soyoil were noted by dealers. Sunflower oil shipments also saw a slight increase during this period. This rise prepares for the upcoming festival season demand.
