Today, a historic umbrella agreement was signed for the community of Karnei Shomron, worth approximately 2 billion shekels.The agreement includes the construction of about 6,000 new housing units, along with extensive investments in infrastructure, public institutions, education, culture, transportation, commercial and employment areas, and the development of public spaces.
