Engineering, a prominent player in Italy's digital services landscape, is parting ways with its Alfahealth and Industries eXcellence units, selling them to Accenture, a leading global technology consulting firm. Set to conclude by the end of Q4 this year, this transaction will enable Engineering to hone in on its primary focus while ramping up its AI capabilities.
