Medicaid/Medicare is some of the best insurance you can have. The parents refuse to do what they have to do in order to get the government support they need for their child, so what do you suggest? How can it "NOT BE POSSIBLE"? They take the kid away? Someone personally chaperones every low income child to ensure they get the medications they need?
