It is now retesting the zone, suggesting that buyers may be stepping in to defend this level. For now, I am waiting for a CHOCH on the lower timeframe, followed by an impulsive move to the upside before considering a long entry. My target is 1.16820, just below the supply zone where I expect potential resistance. If price fails to hold the demand zone and continues lower, the next area I will be watching is between 1.12973–1.12108 for potential buying opportunities.
