Amazon driver threatens to call the police on a customer after he left a wrong parcel at her porch and a neighbor took it: ‘Ding ding, call up the feds!’

Wait 5 sec.

Receiving an incorrect delivery is usually nothing more than a mild administrative headache. But an Amazon driver escalated his own mistake to a police threat against TikTok creator Daisy Richmond (@daisyrich00). In a storytime with over 152,000 views, Richmond detailed an unbelievably hostile encounter with a deliveryman right outside her home. What should have been a standard package handoff quickly dissolved into a series of aggressive legal threats over a missing parcel. Through her story, Richmond highlights the lack of professional boundaries some modern delivery contractors bring straight to a client’s doorstep. But her refusal to be intimidated by a rogue courier proved that standing your ground is the best way to handle a corporate operational failure. A quiet toddler nap time initiated a confusing package mix-up The friction initiated earlier in the afternoon while Richmond was focused on putting her daughter, Matilda, to sleep. During the process, her front doorbell rang loudly, but she decided to ignore the alert to avoid disrupting her child’s sleep. Assuming a neighbor would safely collect the parcel or that the courier would leave it in the main building corridor, she thought absolutely nothing more of it. Roughly half an hour later, the same deliveryman came back at her front window. This time, he was carrying a separate duvet package intended for her family. When Richmond answered from the frame, the man asked if she had retrieved the previous parcel he claimed to have left unattended on her front porch. Informing him that she hadn’t seen the box, Richmond logically concluded that a fellow resident in the flat block had simply taken it inside for safekeeping. The angry Amazon driver returned to launch an aggressive interrogation @daisyrich00 Honestly what are these Amazon drivers on #storytime #amazon #delivery #fyp ♬ original sound – 𝐃𝐀𝐈𝐒𝐘 𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐇𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐃 The situation turned hostile exactly two hours later, right as Richmond was letting a local gas engineer into her apartment to perform utility maintenance. Just as the engineer stepped through the frame, her doorbell began buzzing aggressively for a third time. The exact same deliveryman was standing outside her window, completely changing his tune. He informed Richmond that he had actually delivered the original package to the wrong address entirely. He then demanded that she physically hand the missing items back over to him.  Richmond calmly reiterated that she only ever received the duvet, but the contractor completely lost his temper. He launched into a high-volume tirade because he couldn’t close out his tracking application without reclaiming the lost cargo. The hostile tone grew so intense that the gas engineer froze in the corridor, stunned by the driver’s aggressive language. The Amazon driver threatened Richmond with police intervention The confrontation reached its peak when the driver aggressively turned back to the glass to issue a definitive legal ultimatum. “Well, you know, it’s going to be a matter for the police then, isn’t it? I’ll just get the police involved,” he snapped. Richmond immediately burst out laughing at the absurdity of the situation.”Ding ding ding, call up the feds! Arrest me! I have not done sh*t,” she mocked him in her recap. At the scene, she told the driver to do whatever made him happy because her hands were entirely clean. The Amazon driver eventually found the package and made a casual apology The driver proceeded to loudly march around the property, calling up to all the surrounding flat units. Many confused neighbors came down to the courtyard to face his interrogation. Ultimately, the man’s aggression came to a grinding halt when he slammed a door and walked back into view holding the exact package. It was proved that one of the building’s residents had indeed taken it in for protection. Bypassing his previous threats entirely, the driver then offered Richmond a hilariously casual, low-effort exit line. “Oh, yeah, got it. One of your neighbors took it. Sorry about that.” He then promptly turned on his heel and walked away.  The creator closed out her massive viral summary by calling out the casual dismissal. She promised her audience that the rogue Amazon driver is absolutely getting a devastating negative review on the app for trying to get her locked up over his own mapping failure.
