Vijay Saravanan (Thanjavur), V. Sathyabama (Tiruppur North), and Madhar Badharudeen (Madurai Central) of the TVK; Katharbatcha Muthuramalingam (Ramanathapuram) of the DMK; Thalavai Sundaram (Kanniyakumari) of the AIADMK; and Tharahai Cuthbert (Colachel) of the Congress have been nominated by the Speaker to the Panel of Chairpersons to the House.Earlier, the House observed condolences for former members who passed away recently, including C. Ramaswami, T. Veeraswamy, C. Swaminathan, H.G. Arumugam, P. Kanna, and A. Nanjil Murugesan. Condolence resolutions were placed before the House for CPI leader R. Nallakannu, former Assembly Secretary C.K. Ramaswamy, film producers R.B. Choudary and K.
