Hey all! I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 8+ years in sports + orthopedic rehab. I run my own private practice in Phoenix and have worked with close to 100 professional athletes across MLB, NFL, and NBA, along with hundreds of everyday athletes and active people trying to get out of pain and back to performance. I spend a lot of time in these subs and notice a common theme: people doing PT, getting imaging, being told “it looks fine” or “just rest,” but still not getting back to sports, running, training, or normal life. I wanted to open up a free Q&A here. If you’re dealing with: Knee pain (runner’s knee, meniscus, patellar tracking, etc.) Chronic or recurring pain that isn’t improving with PT MRI results that don’t match how your knee feels Struggles returning to running or sport Or just feeling stuck in rehab Drop your situation below.
