Rebel Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Nagesh Patil Ashtikar has officially joined the Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena, citing a lack of development funds and the inability to get party workers' tasks done as primary reasons. Ashtikar stated that remarks made against him and other MPs after June 18 prompted the decision, clarifying he wasn't upset with Uddhav Thackeray but with specific comments from Sanjay Raut.
