The job market sucks. I'm in the healthcare field too, and I've been looking for a job since before Xmas, and I've only had a handful of interviews, and I've applied for work every other day since December! I've tried both in and out of my field, but I've barely gotten a nibble. Now I'm too sick to work, I've been in and out of the hospital since Easter, and now I'm waiting for the tests to come back to see if I have congestive heart failure from the repeated bouts of sepsis, pneumonia and kidney failure I've had in the last 2 months.
