First it was the seasonings, I couldn’t use the seasonings I wanted. I had to argue just to use basic shit like garlic pepper and smoky onion seasoning. Then I got out there and this orange silicone thing was on top. I started taking it off and was told to leave it and cook on it. Weird. And gross. And it defeats the purpose of this kind of grill I feel like. Then came the butter. I could only use spray butter. It’s just ridiculous. UPDATE: The mat got really hot and got cut while I was flipping the burgers. Now I’m being forced to eat said burgers.
