AMD: When The Trailing Stop Starts Moving HigherAdvanced Micro Devices, Inc.BATS:AMDSniperAlphaResearchIn my previous AMD note, the key question was not simply how high price could go. The more important question was whether the trailing stop structure could protect the trade if a pullback started. Now, as price continues to respect the higher-low structure, the trailing stop area can be adjusted higher. For me, this is not about predicting the next candle. It is about letting the trend work while gradually reducing open risk. A strong stock can keep running longer than expected, but that does not mean chasing extended candles is always the right move. The better approach is to let price prove itself, then manage the position around structure. My focus now: Watch whether AMD continues to hold above the rising risk structure Avoid chasing emotional strength Raise the trailing stop only after structure improves Respect the stop if momentum fails Let the trend work, but do not ignore risk Good trading is not only about finding the move. It is about knowing what to do after the move starts working. I share this type of market structure and risk-management breakdown in my weekly Sniper Alpha research. Link in profile.
