Here’s a complete breakdown of all key details. Honeyglow Woods Adventure Pack A new type of DLC is getting released for DDV, which is an Adventure Pack called Honeyglow Woods. It’s set to launch on July 8, so quite soon after the initial reveal. This is a mini, smaller version of an expansion, so it won’t be anywhere near as big as packs like Wishblossom Ranch or Storybook Vale. The big, yearly expansion is coming later on. Honeyglow Woods is focused around Winnie the Pooh, which was initially teased back in The Decay quest for Wishblossom Ranch. In this DLC, you can meet and befriend three new characters, including Pooh, Piglet, and Eeyore. Like all villagers, these three come with an array of quests to complete and exclusive rewards to unlock. This DLC also comes with new biomes to explore, plenty of Winnie the Pooh items to unlock, a new Beekeeping gameplay mechanic, new Honey-based meals, Hedgehog critters, and a new mini-game called Poohsticks. Late 2026 Roadmap Image via Gameloft The second major reveal in the Summer Showcase was the complete roadmap for the second half of 2026. Here’s what we learned about everything featured in it. Wreck-It Ralph update Ralph from Wreck-It Ralph is finally smashing his way to the valley with a free update launching sometime in July. He’s been teased since the very first trailers for DDV, where he could fully be spotted roaming around the valley. At last, he’s found his way to the village and is ready to join his best pal Vanellope there. September 2026 update Another free update is scheduled to launch sometime in September. No details for this one have been revealed yet, but the image for it features some bats over a purple background, so it’ll likely be somewhat Halloween-themed or at least include some festivities for the spooky season. We’ll get more details for this update in August. Screenshot by Destructoid October 2026 showcase stream Another showcase stream is debuting for DDV in October. This one will showcase the big. yearly paid expansion DDV gets toward the end of every year. Although no official details about it have been revealed just yet, the roadmap image is reminiscent of the ocean, and the text for it says we’ll “deep dive” into the details about it. During the stream, DDV’s creative director also said we’ll “sail” into the second half of the year when announcing it. I don’t want to get my hopes up too high here, but these clues potentially seem to indicate an underwater-themed expansion, possibly with characters like those featured in Finding Nemo. Roadmaps always provide some hints to pick up on, so this doesn’t seem like that big of a stretch considering what we were given here. December 2026 update The year is ending with yet another free update for DDV, as another one is slated to release in December. Just like the September one, we don’t have any concrete details for it yet, but more will be unveiled in August. The image for this one is a frosty blue curtain. Screenshot by Destructoid Community house skin The Summer Showcase ended with one final announcement, which is the start of a new community creation project, which is a house skin. This one will work similarly to the process for the Sakura Blossom Dragon that launched in 2025, which means all players can vote on a variety of features to determine what the free house will look like. The voting period is open from June 17 to June 26 and can be accessed by visiting the official community vote page. After voting concludes, the house will then be added to DDV sometime before 2026 ends. Although there’s quite a lot we don’t know about the future updates arriving before 2026 ends, they’re likely to continue certain gameplay features. If you want to be ready for what comes next, make sure you complete all of Olaf’s Grand Exhibition rooms so far, including the Peaceful Meadow, Dazzle Beach, Forest of Valor, and Glade of Trust. You’ll also want to finish the A Tangled Web quest, as this one starts a new mystery that will continue in upcoming updates. 0The post Everything shown during Disney Dreamlight Valley’s June 2026 Summer Showcase appeared first on Destructoid.
