Newcastle, Everton, and Tottenham are the ones to watch. Delap will want to know where his place is at Chelsea first.”Spurs are working on signing a wide playerHowever, Jacobs revealed that before De Zerbi’s men add a number nine to their squad, they are focused on landing a winger first.Marcus Rashford continues to be linked with a move to Tottenham, but Jacobs reveals that the Lilywhites are currently not in talks with Man United over the forward.The journalist added: “They (Spurs) are working on the wide attacker right now, first before looking at a striker.
