India’s automotive industry will shift significantly with 16 electric vehicles (EVs) launching on June 15, surpassing seven internal combustion engine (ICE) models. Major automakers, including Mercedes-Benz and Tata Motors, plan to release 23 new electric and hybrid vehicles in the next nine months, fueled by rising fuel costs and changing consumer preferences
