And prosecutors have scored a big win with a significant witness.In new court filings, prosecutors revealed they have granted limited “use immunity” to Robinson’s alleged romantic partner and roommate, Lance Twiggs, in exchange for a sworn recorded statement.Prosecutors say Twiggs told investigators Robinson confessed to killing Kirk, hid the alleged murder weapon, got rid of his clothing, and urged Twiggs not to speak with police.
