As Group CEO of Barclays from 2012 to 2015, he led one of the world's largest and most complex banks through a period of significant transformation, overseeing major initiatives in culture, conduct and technology modernisation. His executive career at Barclays spanned more than a decade, including serving as CEO of Barclaycard and as CEO of Retail and Business Banking, having previously spent 16 years at Citi.In 2016, Antony founded 10x Banking, a London-based cloud-native core banking platform built to tackle the technology challenges he experienced first hand while leading global financial institutions.
