They claim to be a "compassionate healthcare advocacy" company, but their corporate response to my dad passing away from Stage 4 cancer was to send me a calculated timeline of my family's crisis to justify letting me go. I am currently out of town dealing with everything, but I wasn't going to let them have the last word. Attached is the email response I just sent to their HCM Manager.
