Popular YouTuber Rosanna Pansino faced a frightening incident on her 41st birthday. A fall while disembarking a boat resulted in a severely fractured jaw, broken into four pieces. She also sustained facial injuries and shattered front teeth. Pansino underwent surgery to repair her jaw with a metal plate and screws.
