Janardhan Reddy on Friday (June 19, 2026) stated that the coalition government had prioritised development and welfare in its first two years. He criticised the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) leaders for misleading people about the pace of progress in the State.Addressing a public meeting to celebrate the NDA government’s second anniversary, Mr. Reddy said nearly ₹1,800 crore worth of development works were being implemented across the Banaganapalle assembly constituency.He said that road, bridge, and culvert projects worth ₹212 crore, National Highway development works covering 151 km at an estimated cost of ₹177 crore, and the revival of the Daddanala project were in progress.The Minister reiterated that the Chandrababu Naidu-led government was implementing its ‘Super Six’ welfare promises and extending support to women and students through various flagship schemes. He further highlighted the establishment of an RDO office for Banaganapalle, the proposed ring road project, and ongoing efforts to improve infrastructure in villages.Mr. Reddy said that pending works in more than 40 schools were being completed, and an indoor stadium project had been revived with fresh funding in Banaganapalle.
