The National Highways Authority of India has successfully settled two major arbitration cases. An arbitral tribunal awarded NHAI Rs 819.96 crore. These disputes involved the Panipat-Jalandhar section of NH-44. Claims by concessionaires exceeded Rs 8,375 crore.
