Piggybacking on your comment from a legal perspective- the fact that legal aid is involved is a red flag on the case. I know that one of the screenshots mentioned it, but legal aid is so overwhelmed that they primarily are only able to help victims of domestic violence protect the children. When I was in law school, our legal clinic partnered with our legal aid and even then, we were only able to take cases where the primary parent and kids were in a shelter/couch surfing because the situation was so dangerous. With the supervised visitation and the general tone of the request, this reeks of DV. I wouldn’t touch it with a ten foot pole even if I still worked in family law 👀
