Mi Unlock "The place where the account is registered does not match the place where the phone is sold"I'm getting error

Model = Xiaomi 13 CN version(fuxi)Rom name = Hyper_OS 1.0.4.0 UMCMIXMI can't unlock the bootloader. It was supposed to unlock today, but it's giving this error.
