Christian Pulisic will reportedly be back in contention for AC Milan this weekend. Pulisic was not in the AC Milan squad for Sunday’s 3-2 Serie A loss to Atalanta, but does not have a muscle injury, Corriere Della Sera reported Tuesday. The U.S. men’s national team star is set for a return to Massimiliano Allegri’s squad for the Rossoneri’s trip to Genoa on Sunday. Pulisic enjoyed a positive start to the Serie A season last summer and proceeded to score 10 goals in the first half. However, the 27-year-old has endured a rough period over the past few months, failing to score since December 28, 2025. Pulisic’s lone goal contribution of 2026 came against Torino on March 21, assisting once in a 3-2 league win. He will now aim to deliver a strong pair of appearances as the Rossoneri seeks a top-four finish in Serie A. AC Milan will travel to Genoa on Sunday seeking to avoid a drop out of the top-four before closing its league schedule on May 24 against Cagliari. The Rossoneri is in fourth place heading into the weekend’s slate, leading AS Roma on goal difference.
