My guess is that they dont list your time/days off since they really dont even consider what you're doing for them as 'work'. They think they are being SO generous letting you live 'rent free' in the home and that what they are asking in return is basically 'nothing'. Why would you need time off!?! It's only being a full time caretaker to an elderly person while also cooking, cleaning and doing whatever job you already have!
