My aunt fell and my elderly uncle asked me to come over to help pick her up. She was on her back and in pain and couldn't move. I called 911. I told my uncle don't touch her. Turns out she had broken some neck bones. We could have paralyzed her if we had tried to move her. It's never a good idea. Good on you for calling pros.
