ARB Pullback Buy Thesis — PMH Retest + Weekly Demand RotationARB / TetherUSBINANCE:ARBUSDTQuantumEdge_QTGARB is not a clean breakout continuation yet. This is more of a pullback / re-accumulation setup after the initial expansion into the prior month high zone. The main thing I’m watching is how price behaves around the Prior Month High. Instead of fully rejecting and losing structure, price is retesting that level while still holding inside a broader constructive HTF area. This pullback is coming back into the imbalance + Weekly R-B-R demand zone, which gives the area more weight. HTF Context: The daily is showing an anticipatory higher low after the strong move off the lows. Price already expanded through prior month high and is now pulling back into a prior demand area rather than immediately breaking down. That matters because this could simply be the market rotating inside PW value before making another attempt higher. This is not confirmed continuation yet. It is a location where continuation could develop if participants start accepting back above the prior month high. If this area absorbs supply and starts building a higher low, it sets up the next phase: reclaim → compression → expansion. 1H Structure: On the 1H, price is still inside prior week value, so rotation should be expected. That means I’m not expecting instant expansion just because price is at a level. Inside value, the market can chop, rotate, fake out, and build time before showing direction. The key is whether this pullback turns into acceptance above PMH or whether the PMH retest fails and price rotates deeper back through value. Cycle Position: This looks like a potential Crossback / early Base & Break transition. The first move was the reversal extension off the lows. Now price is pulling back into demand and trying to form a higher low. If the HL holds, then the next setup would be a reclaim of the short-term structure followed by compression under the next supply zone. So the model is: Reversal Extension → Pullback into Demand → Anticipatory HL → Reclaim / Crossback → Base & Break Scenarios: Continuation: If ARB holds the PMH / weekly demand zone and starts accepting back above the 1H short-term EMAs, then I’d be looking for a LTF compression or bull flag to form. The cleaner continuation setup would be: Price holds demand → reclaims PMH → compresses above it → expands back toward the prior high. That would show participants absorbing the pullback and preparing for another attempt through the upper range. Failure: If price fails to hold the PMH retest and starts accepting below the weekly demand / imbalance zone, then the anticipatory HL is not confirmed. In that case, this becomes a normal rotation inside prior week value and ARB may need more time before another clean continuation attempt develops. Execution Mindset: This is not a chase. The opportunity is in waiting to see whether the PMH retest turns into acceptance and re-accumulation, or whether it becomes rejection back into value. What I’d want to see next: * PMH holds as acceptance, not just a wick * 1H stops making lower highs * LTF reclaim of short-term EMAs * Compression above the retest zone * Expansion back toward the prior high The setup is interesting because the pullback is happening into HTF demand while the daily attempts to build a higher low. But the trigger still needs to come from LTF structure. Not a signal. Just how I’m reading structure and participation.
