It lets you create a digital signature using your phoneâs or tabletâs touchscreen, camera, or keyboard. You can create three types of signatures: typed, drawn, and photographed. These signatures are then securely stored in the appâs vault, allowing compatible apps to request access to them whenever you need to sign a document. You can then choose the version of your signature that best fits your needs.It appears that the Signature app is already available on phones and tablets with the June 2026 Google Play system update. This means device manufacturers wonât need to include it in a separate software update. The app is compatible with devices running Android 12 or later.Google hasnât officially announced the Signature app yet, but an announcement is likely in the near future.
