When I moved into my first home some 15 years ago, I bought a couple pairs of scissors at Dollar Tree. They are fantastic scissors, still in regular use today. OOP seems to equate living in a group home with living with Mom and Dad. This home is a reduced cost roof over one's head, not a place where every tiny necessity is bought for you so that all your money can go to fun online purchases.
